Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 1, 2026 Last Updated: June 16, 2026 Application: PrvITV ("the App") Publisher: domadore ("we", "us", "our") Contact: domadore.cuki@gmail.com Jurisdiction: Republic of Croatia
1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PrvITV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must uninstall the App and discontinue use.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("you", "the User") and the Publisher of the App. Read them carefully.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Nature of the App — What PrvITV Is and Is Not
3.1 What PrvITV Is
PrvITV is a generic media player application for Android TV and Android mobile devices. It allows you to enter credentials for IPTV services that you have independently subscribed to and to play streams provided by those services.
The App is comparable in function to VLC, Kodi, MX Player, MyIPTV Player, and similar media players. It is content-agnostic infrastructure.
3.2 What PrvITV Is Not
PrvITV is explicitly not:
- A streaming service. We do not operate, host, or distribute any video, audio, or other media content.
- A content aggregator. The App ships with no preloaded channel lists, no provider directories, no search functionality for finding streaming sources, and no recommendations for content providers.
- A subscription service to an IPTV provider. You must obtain your own IPTV subscription from a third-party provider of your choice.
- A reseller of IPTV services. We have no commercial relationship with any IPTV provider.
- A guarantee that any particular IPTV provider's service will work, remain available, or be legal in your jurisdiction.
3.3 You Bring Your Own Content Source
To use the App for its intended purpose, you must enter credentials for an IPTV provider (Xtream Codes server URL + username + password, or an M3U playlist URL). The selection of an IPTV provider is entirely your responsibility. We do not recommend, endorse, vet, audit, certify, or have any knowledge of any specific provider.
3.4 Subtitles
The App offers optional subtitle features. Subtitles may be (a) retrieved from the third-party service OpenSubtitles.com, (b) downloaded from a direct link that you supply, or (c) loaded from a file on your device. Subtitles obtained in these ways are third-party or user-provided content: we do not create, host, verify, or guarantee their accuracy, timing, completeness, or legality, and they are provided "as is". If you supply a link or file, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use it.
3.5 Metadata Enrichment (TMDB)
The App offers an optional metadata feature that displays descriptions, posters, cast, and episode details for movies and series. This feature works only if you enter your own personal API key for The Movie Database (TMDB) in Settings; we do not provide a key. When enabled, the metadata is supplied by TMDB, an independent third party, and is provided "as is" — we do not create, verify, or guarantee its accuracy. Your use of TMDB is subject to TMDB's own terms. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
4. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Publisher grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not include any right to:
- Resell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the App
- Use the App as part of a commercial service offering
- Distribute the App outside the official channels (Google Play Store or any other channel we explicitly authorize)
- Modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code (except where this restriction is prohibited by applicable law)
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or marks
- Use the App to develop competing products
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to interact with the App
5. Acceptable Use — Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your use of the App. In particular:
5.1 Legality of the Streams You Access
It is exclusively your responsibility to ensure that any content you access through the App is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you have the necessary rights or licenses to access it.
The App provides general-purpose playback functionality and cannot determine whether a given stream is licensed or unlicensed. We do not monitor, log, or have any knowledge of which streams you access.
If you use the App to access content that infringes the rights of any third party, you do so at your own risk and may face legal consequences from rights holders, your IPTV provider, or competent authorities. We are not a party to those consequences and bear no responsibility for them.
5.2 Compliance With Your IPTV Provider's Terms
Your relationship with your IPTV provider is governed by an agreement between you and that provider. You must comply with that agreement, including any restrictions on simultaneous streams, geographic use, content sharing, or device counts.
5.3 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to:
- Engage in or facilitate copyright infringement, broadcast piracy, or unauthorized redistribution of content
- Circumvent technical protection measures of any rights holder
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Engage in any activity that could disrupt, damage, or compromise any computer system, network, or service
- Use the App in a manner that could expose us to legal liability
5.4 Your Credentials
You are responsible for the security of the credentials you enter into the App. If an M3U playlist URL is exposed, the holder of that URL has access to your IPTV account.
6. Pricing, Purchases, and Refunds
6.1 Pricing
The App is offered as a paid application via the Google Play Store. The current price is shown in the Play Store at the time of purchase.
6.2 One-Time Purchase
The App is sold as a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to the application binary, subject to:
- Continued availability of the App on the Google Play Store
- Compatibility of future operating system versions
- The Publisher's continued operation of the App
"Lifetime" means for as long as the App is offered. It does not constitute a contractual guarantee that the App will be available, supported, or functional indefinitely.
If the App is removed from the Google Play Store for any reason (including a Google enforcement action), any copy already installed on your device will continue to function for as long as it remains technically possible. However, we will no longer be able to provide updates, fixes, or re-downloads through the Play Store, and optional features that depend on external services may stop working over time.
6.3 Refunds
Google Play Refund Window (48 hours): The Google Play Store provides an automatic refund mechanism for purchases requested within 48 hours, in accordance with Google's Refund Policy. This right is granted by Google, not by the Publisher, and we cannot block it.
Statutory Withdrawal Right (EU consumers): As an EU consumer, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, by purchasing and immediately accessing the App, you expressly agree that performance of the contract begins immediately upon purchase and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the App is downloaded and functional, as permitted by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and corresponding Croatian consumer protection law. This is the standard practice for digital app purchases.
After the 48-hour window: Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Publisher and will normally be denied except in the following cases:
- The App is materially broken on launch and we cannot fix the issue within a reasonable time
- A statutory consumer right requires a refund (e.g. a mandatory remedy under Croatian consumer protection law)
- The Publisher's own error caused a wrongful charge
Refunds will normally be denied for:
- "Change of mind" beyond the 48-hour Google Play window
- Failure of your IPTV provider's service (we do not control your provider)
- Compatibility issues you did not verify before purchase (Play Store device compatibility info is shown before purchase)
- Disagreement with these Terms (which were available before purchase)
- Removal of the App from the Play Store by Google's enforcement action (we will, however, attempt to provide a refund mechanism if circumstances permit)
To request a refund, contact: domadore.cuki@gmail.com
6.4 No Chargebacks
You agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting us at the email above before initiating a chargeback through your payment provider. Unjustified chargebacks may result in termination of your license and may be referred to collections.
7. Disclaimers — "As Is" and "As Available"
7.1 No Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, security, or uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7.2 Third-Party Providers Are Out of Our Control
We make no warranty, representation, or commitment regarding:
- The availability, performance, content, legality, accuracy, or reliability of any IPTV provider or stream you access through the App
- Whether your IPTV provider's service will continue to be available
- The quality of streams (resolution, codec, audio language, subtitles, EPG accuracy)
- Whether any specific feature of the App (e.g. catch-up, time-shift, transcoder) will work with your specific provider
7.3 No Guarantee of Continued Availability
We do not commit to providing future updates, bug fixes, or new features. We reserve the right to discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time, including in response to a change in legal landscape, a takedown demand, or our own business decision.
7.4 Mandatory Consumer Rights Preserved
The disclaimers above do not exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under Croatian or EU mandatory consumer protection law.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, in no event will the Publisher, its affiliates, contributors, or licensors be liable to you for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, content, opportunity, or use
- Costs of substitute goods or services
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including from third-party content, provider failures, or service interruptions
Our aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 50 EUR, whichever is greater.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Section 8 does not exclude or limit:
- Liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law
- Liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence (Croatian/EU mandatory rules)
- Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Publisher, its affiliates, contributors, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or regulation
- Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or contractual right (such as your IPTV provider's terms)
- Any content you access, transmit, or facilitate through the App
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Our Rights
The App, including its source code, design, branding, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the Publisher (or its licensors for open-source components). Use of the App does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you, other than the limited license expressly granted in Section 4.
10.2 Open-Source Components
The App incorporates open-source libraries listed in the App's "About" screen, each subject to its own license (predominantly Apache 2.0). The Publisher's proprietary rights extend to the original code and overall compilation of the App; the open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
10.3 Trademarks
"PrvITV" is an unregistered trademark of the Publisher. References to third-party trademarks (e.g. "Android", "Google Play") are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply endorsement.
11. Copyright and DMCA-Style Takedown
We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same of our users. The App itself does not host any content, but if you believe in good faith that the App or any official Publisher communication infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to domadore.cuki@gmail.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient specificity to allow us to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will review and respond to such notices in accordance with applicable law.
If your claim relates to content accessed through the App via your own configured IPTV provider, please direct your notice to that IPTV provider — we cannot remove third-party content because we do not host it.
12. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
13. Updates to the App
We may release updates to the App from time to time. Updates may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion. By keeping the App installed, you agree to receive such updates. Some updates may be required for continued operation.
We may also, at our discretion, discontinue the App or any of its features. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice through the Play Store listing or in-app notification.
14. Termination
14.1 Termination by You
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App from your device(s). Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in Section 6.
14.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your license, with or without notice, if we have a good-faith belief that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or are using the App in a way that exposes us to liability or that violates the rights of third parties. We may also terminate your license if Google removes the App from the Play Store or if we discontinue the App.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your license under Section 4 ends and you must uninstall the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, and 16) will survive.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
For EU consumers, you also retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the consumer protection law of the EU member state in which you are habitually resident.
15.2 Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Croatia, except that, for EU consumers, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the EU member state in which you are habitually resident, where required by mandatory EU consumer law.
15.3 EU Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution and currently do not. Our preferred method of dispute resolution is direct communication at domadore.cuki@gmail.com.
15.4 Informal Resolution First
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us at domadore.cuki@gmail.com with a description of your concern. We will attempt to respond within 30 days.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Google Play Store terms applicable to your purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Publisher regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely matches the original intent.
16.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law, on notice to you through the App or Play Store.
16.5 Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government action, network or infrastructure failure not within our control, or take-down enforcement actions by app stores or rights holders.
16.6 Language
These Terms are written in English as the governing version. Translations are provided for convenience. In case of inconsistency, the English version controls.
16.7 Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top and, where the change is material, provide in-app notice on next launch. Continued use of the App after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the App.
